We will provide the shipping label. All items can be returned at the Husbands-Paris rive droite boutique, 57 rue de Richelieu, 75002 Paris<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the returns are free if the client reached the minimum amount to benefit from the free standard delivery (consequently, for France, returns are always free)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>otherwise, the return costs are charged to the client by the same amount as a standard shipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>from France, European Union or the rest of world we use UPS<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the client must return the product(s) in its\/their original packaging with the packing slip<br>return all accessories accompanying the items Husbands-paris (buttons, felt etc.. associated)<br>make sure that the box is well taped before sending<br>print and stick the shipping label on the box<br>drop off your package in an access point, to find the nearest access point, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ups.com\/dropoff\/\">click here<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>to ensure your return is processed on time, we strongly recommend dropping off the package at an access point within the 14 day period<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>if the return label provided to you is scanned after the 14 days period by the shipping company, Husbands-paris reserves the right to refuse the return<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group groupe-titre-redac\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reimbursement-policy\"><strong>REIMBURSEMENT POLICY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>the client can choose 3 (three) different modes of reimbursement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>refund to the client&#8217;s bank account linked to the card used at the time of payment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>credit note<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exchange<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>in the case of a refund: the client is refunded by the amount of his\/her order, shipping costs excluded (* based on minimum order requirements), on the same bank account used for the purchase. The order will be refunded within 7 working days<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>in the case of a credit note: the client receives a gift card for the amount of the returned order. Husbands-paris gift cards are valid in stores and on husbands-paris.com, and can be used on all ready-to-wear items and special orders.
